These terms and conditions govern the provision and use of Onboard Credit (OBC) offered by Tin Fish Travel ("We," "Us," or "Our") under the Tin Fish Travel OBC Guarantee program.

1. Eligibility

The Tin Fish Travel OBC Guarantee is valid only for new cruise bookings made through Tin Fish Travel that meet the following criteria:

• The sailing must be 5 nights or longer in duration.
• The booking must be on one of the following participating ocean and river cruise lines:

2. Primary Passenger Applicability

The Onboard Credit is applied to the booking under the name of the primary passenger listed on the reservation. The primary passenger is defined as the first person named on the booking confirmation. While the OBC benefits the stateroom, the credit is managed through the primary passenger’s onboard account unless otherwise specified by the cruise line.

3. OBC Amount Determination

• The specific amount of the Onboard Credit is determined by Tin Fish Travel and is based on a combination of the length of the sailing and the total cost of the cruise fare (excluding port charges, taxes, fees, and optional excursions or packages).
• The exact OBC amount will be communicated to the client at the time of booking confirmation.

4. Combinability

• The OBC offered under the Tin Fish Travel OBC Guarantee may not be combinable with other promotional Onboard Credit offers, specials, or discounts provided by the cruise line, Tin Fish Travel, or other third-party vendors.
• Tin Fish Travel reserves the right to determine the final combinability of this OBC with any other offers.

5. Application of OBC

• The Onboard Credit will be applied to the booked sailing within 30 days of the date of final payment for the cruise reservation.
• It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the OBC has been correctly applied to their booking prior to sailing.

6. Use and Restrictions

• The acceptable use of the Onboard Credit is determined exclusively by the rules and regulations of the individual cruise line operating the sailing.
• OBC is intended for use towards onboard purchases as defined by the cruise line (e.g., gratuities, spa treatments, specialty dining, gift shop purchases, etc.).
• The Onboard Credit is non-transferable and must be used by the passenger(s) on the specific sailing for which it was applied.
• Any unused portion of the Onboard Credit at the end of the booked sailing has no future cash value and will be forfeited.

7. Changes and Cancellation

• If the sailing is canceled by the client or results in a full or partial refund, the OBC granted under this Guarantee will be nullified and removed from the booking.
• Changes to the sailing date, cruise line, or length of the cruise may result in a recalculation or forfeiture of the OBC amount.

8. General

• Tin Fish Travel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Tin Fish Travel OBC Guarantee program at any time without prior notice. However, any existing OBC applied to a fully paid booking prior to such change will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of application.
